Enginuity PFI package now includes support for central fuel injection (CFI) applications

In addition to PFI, CIDI (Diesel DI), SIDI, and HCCI engine applications the new Enginuity Release 5.65 now also supports CFI engine applications. The support includes specific models for throttle body fuel injection and manifold wall-wetting.

Furthermore, Enginuity now features a much improved emission model. This model implements the extended Zeldovich mechanism for NOx formation. It is based on the reaction kinetics of relevant chemical reactions and executes in real-time.

  • DFLASH functionality has been introduced in this release. 
  • GPIO Port Read and Write blocks.  Previous releases only allowed reading of specific pins.

Automotive Testing Expo

You may bump into SimuQuest personel at the Automotive Testing Expo.   This exposition takes place in Novi, MI at the Suburban Collection Showplace.  The expo runs from October 25th, 2011 though October 27th.  "Nearly 200 exhibiting companies will be out to demonstrate their  products."  

 

QuantiPhi RE 1.2.2 Update

The November release of QuantiPhi for Renesas microcontrollers is an update to the QuantiPhi RE 1.2.2 release.  

This update is version 1.2.2.3442 and contains small clean-up issues for the R8C/3x microcontroller.
 
 
 

QuantiPhi RE for Matlab/Simulink R2011a

QuantiPhi RE version 1.2.3 will soon be available and will support Matlab/Simulink R2011a.

QuantiPhi is the SimuQuest tool which provides all of the low-level software you need to interface with your target microcontroller.  QuantiPhi RE is the Renesas Edition of QuantiPhi and supports a selection of Renesas microcontrollers including 16-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers.
